Return Policy
If you receive a defective item Homestead CedarWorks will, at its discretion and expense replace any parts that are found defective within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email at with supporting pictures of the defective item or part. Our 30-day warranty covers the replacement of any defective item or part, it does not cover a refund of the purchase price for a return. In the event, the customer decides to cancel their order for a refund the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us and paying for shipping and necessary restocking fees.
Note: Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. When a product has shipped, your tracking information will be emailed to you. Items are sent via FedEx and on average take 5-7 days for delivery.
